1. Am I able to have the repair done at home ?
Yes, I operate a mobile
service and can come to your home, workplace or any other address. To carry out the repair I require access to a normal electric
socket. I will travel to most BH postcodes in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch areas.
2.
How long does the repair take ?
It depends on the extent of damage, an average repair takes approximately
60 to 90 minutes.
3. Can I change my appointment at any time ?
Yes,
if the appointment needs to be changed this is not a problem, even on the day of repair.
4.
Do I need to be on site whilst the repair is carried out ?
It is usually better to be present at the
start but is not necessary whilst the repair takes place. I will usually require the keys to the car in case it needs moving
or if it is alarmed. As long as I have access to an electric socket there is no need for you to be there.
5. Can a repair take place in any weather ?
I have a 3m x 3m weatherproof pop up gazebo
which enables me to repair in most weather conditions. high winds may be a problem, I will assess that on site.
6. Can you quote without seeing the damage ?
Assuming I am given a fair and reasonable
description of the damage I will usually be able to give an accurate quote over the phone. If the damage differs significantly
from the description I reserve the right to amend the quote. I will always agree an exact price before commencing any repair.
7. Can I use my vehicle straight after a repair ?
With most repairs
the vehicle can be used immediately after. In the case of seat repairs I may suggest leaving it 30 to 60 minutes but it depends
on the type of repair, which seat etc. Any advice will be given at the time.
